1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, shipping times will vary depending on your location. Typically, orders within the United States arrive within 3-7 business days.
2. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your Mayo Mills socks. If something isn’t quite right, send us an email at info@mayomills.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll be glad to help. Once the socks are returned, we’ll issue a full refund. Customers are responsible for sending items back, but we’ll make the process as smooth as possible.
3. Are your socks one size fits all?
Our socks are not one-size-fits-all. We make them in multiple sizes to give you the best fit and comfort. Our socks are knit with cotton from our family farm and stretchy fibers known as spandex, each size can cover a range of shoe sizes. To make it easy, we provide a size chart on our website so you can find the perfect fit based on your US shoe size.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your package on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.

Father of Tate, Grace and Deanna. Born and raised in Tarboro, NC. Bryan is on the farm daily while also serving as the VP of Sales at Mayo Knitting Mill. Which is where all of our socks are manufactured.
