1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, shipping times will vary depending on your location. Typically, orders within the United States arrive within 3-7 business days.

2. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your package. We will provide instructions on how to return your item for a refund or exchange.

3. Are your socks one size fits all?

Most of our socks are available in multiple sizes to ensure the best fit. However, socks are made with stretchy fibers and can fit multiple foot sizes. We also offer a size chart on our website to help you find the best perfect fit based on your US shoe size.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your package on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.

    Father of Tate, Grace and Deanna. Born and raised in Tarboro, NC. Bryan is on the farm daily while also serving as the VP of Sales at Mayo Knitting Mill. Which is where all of our socks are manufactured.
