Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your socks. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • 30 Days to Decide: If your socks aren’t a perfect fit, contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@mayomills.com.
  • Easy Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include proof of purchase.
  • Custom & Final Sale: Custom orders, sale items, and gift cards can’t be returned.
  • Exchanges Made Simple: Return your item for store credit, then place a new order for the style or size you’d like.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only after items are returned and does not include shipping costs either way.

Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order isn’t perfect when it arrives whether damaged, defective, or not what you ordered let us know right away and we’ll take care of it.
